In case Turkish passport is lost or stolen while traveling abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police. Turkish diplomatic mission can issue a new passport.

Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. They can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas. Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Citizens of Spain are allowed to enter Turkey with their national ID's. They are also allowed to enter Turkey with their passports that expired within the last 5 years.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
