There are three types of visas: transit (for stay of 5 days), short-term (for stay not exceeding 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry), long-term (for stay in Ukraine for a period exceeding 90 days). Visa processing by the diplomatic mission or consular office of Ukraine takes around 15 calendar days from the day of the receipt of all required documents and may be extended up to 30 calendar days. Urgent visa processing fee is charged at double rate. In case the Embassy refuses to issue visa, visa fees are not refundable.

Lithuanian nationals do not require a visa to enter Ukraine for a stay up to 90 days within a 180 days period. Nationals of other countries should contact Ukraine diplomatic missions in order to find out if they require a visa to enter Ukraine.
