Consular services provided by the Embassy are the following:

  • Issuance of visas;
  • Registration of Ukrainian citizens abroad;
  • Legalization of documents;
  • Issuance of requested documents;
  • Civil registry matters;
  • Notarial services;
  • International adoption matters;
  • Voting abroad;
  • Assistance to Ukrainian citizens in cases of emergency.

If Ukrainian passport is lost or stolen while abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police. A police notification about the fact of loss/theft of the passport must be obtained and presented to the diplomatic mission of Ukraine when applying for a new passport.  

Visas to Ukraine for stays of up to 90 days within a 180 days period are not required for Russian citizens.

In case foreign citizen requires a visa to Ukraine, he/she should provide the following:

  • Valid passport
  • Visa application form
  • 2 recent photographs
  • Paid consular fee
  • Proof of holding an adequate and valid travel medical insurance
  • Justification for the purpose of the intended stay in Ukraine
  • Proof of sufficient means of subsistence for the duration of the intended stay in Ukraine or for the return to the country of origin, or for the transit to a third country, or proof of being in a position to acquire such means lawfully on the territory of Ukraine

The Embassy is closed on weekends and public holidays.
