Consular services provided  by the Embassy:

  • Assistance to Ukrainian citizens in cases of emergency;
  • Consular protection of Ukrainian citizens;
  • Voting overseas
  • Issuance of visas;
  • Legalization of documents;
  • Issuance of passports;
  • Notary services;
  • Consular registration of Ukrainian citizens abroad;
  • Issuance of certificate for return to Ukraine;
  • Registration of civil acts (death, marriage, divorce).

For all types of visas the following must be submitted:

  1. Completed Visa Application Form for each applicant holding a separate passport or being included in a joint passport.
  2. One recent passport sized photograph (attached toVisa Application Form).
  3. Fully valid original passport/travel document (at least 3 month validity before the date of exit).
  4. Valid Singapore long-term pass (PR, employment pass, working permit etc.) - for citizens of countries other than Singapore or Brunei.
  5. Proof of purpose of visit: tourism voucher or hotel confirmation of advanced payment (hotel pre-paid voucher). Such confirmation should include: hotel details, guest’s name, reference number, date, amount paid, authorized signature and stamp.
  6. Flight itinerary (visa validity date should correspond with your intended date of arrival in Ukraine).
  7. Travel / medical insurance – for those who travel for tourism or private purpose. Those who travel for business will be requested to submit Company letter indicating that all the travel fees are covered by the Company (travel insurance is also acceptable instead).
  8. Authorization letter if visa will be collected on behalf.
  9. Bank receipt of cash deposit
  10. Evidence of funds: either original or certified copy of bank statements showing a history of savings of at least 3 months prior to date of visa application. The statements must show the account holder’s name, account number & current account balance;
  11. Letter of Support from the inviting Company (on the letterhead) / Private person (providing postal and e-mail address, as well as contact number in Ukraine). In case of tourism – Employer’s permit to go on a leave.
  12. Return tickets booking.

Normal processing time of a visa is 15 calendar days. Urgent processing time is 1-3 working days.

The Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore accepts walk-in applications within operating hours. The Consular Section reserves the right to personally interview any applicant.

Foreigners intending to travel to Ukraine, reside in Ukraine, or travel through Ukraine are required to possess the amount of funds equal to 20 days' worth of average monthly per capita subsistence minimums, established in Ukraine on the day of arrival. Therefore, as for February 1, 2014 a foreigner traveling to Ukraine is to possess average daily amount of approximately 100 USD, adding extra 5 days reserve ($500 USD).

Payment for consular services may be done:

  • in the form of a certified personal cheque, bank cheque or money order made payable to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore.
  • by cash deposit on the Embassy's account Number.
  • by bank transfer to the Embassy's account Number.

Money orders of the Singapore Post are not accepted. 

The Consular Section is closed during all Ukrainian and some Singaporean holidays.
