Consular services provided by the Embassy are the following:
- Issuance of passports;
- Issuance of visas;
- Registration of Ukrainian citizens abroad;
- Legalization of documents;
- Issuance of requested documents;
- International adoption matters;
- Voting abroad;
- Civil registry matters;
- Notarial services;
- Assistance to Ukrainian citizens in cases of emergency.
If Ukrainian passport is lost or stolen while abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police. A police notification about the fact of loss/theft of the passport must be obtained and presented to the diplomatic mission of Ukraine when applying for a new passport. Swedish citizens do not need visas for stays in Ukraine of up to 90 days within a 180 day period. Consular fee for services rendered can be paid either by using banking credit card at the Embassy through a bank terminal or to one of the Embassy's bank accounts.
When paying consular fee to the SEK bank account tariff in SEK is used.
When paying consular fee to the USD bank account tariff in USD is used.
Commission charged by bank for transaction is paid by applicant.
Persons of a certain categories (with children under 14 years, pregnant, sick, disabled) are served out of turn. The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
