Consular services provided by the Embassy:

If you are on a short visit to Croatia or a work permit holder and have lost or damaged your original passport you can approach the Consular Section. You will need to fill out the relevant application form along with 4 recent passport size coloured photographs. You also need to enclose a Police Report regarding lost or stolen passport. You may also provide a photocopy of your lost passport/expired previous passport, or any other document proving your Indian nationality and a brief note under what circumstances you have lost/damaged the passport. 

Tourist visa requirements:

  • Original passport valid for at least six months with at least two blank pages and must be valid for the full duration of the visa you are applying for
  • Correct visa fee
  • Two recent 5x5cm photographs, five photographs in case of Pakistani nationals, please do not paste or staple the photographs to the form (photograph must show shoulders and have a light background)
  • Duly completed and printed online application form (Pakistani nationals need to apply on special application forms)
  • Return air ticket reservation

Processing time for visa applications will normally be two working days for holders of Croatian passports.

Since 26th February 2016 Government of India included Croatia in its e-tourist visa scheme. Services of e-Visa involves completely online application for which no facilitation is required by any intermediary / agents etc.

Visa fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. The Embassy of India, Zagreb reserves the right on granting and deciding type/duration of visa irrespective of the fees tendered at the time of making application. Granting of visa does not confer the right of entry to India and is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Authorities.

Visa fee is required to be deposited in cash along with Visa Application Forms at the Embassy.
