From its first foundation, the Embassy has always worked to build a bridge between UAE and Italy, trying to implement communication, friendship and exchanges between the two countries, in order to facilitate fruitful bilateral relations which are currently even more reinforcing. This diplomatic mission was established in order to facilitate communication and develop mutual knowledge, aiming, in the future, at strengthening its role in Europe as a point of reference for the United Arab Emirates.

Consular services:

  • Assistance in case of emergencies;
  • Renewal of passports;
  • Issuance of return document in case of loss of passport;
  • Issuance of visas;
  • Other notarial services.

Nationals of Italy, holding ordinary passports, are permitted to enter the United Arab Emirates without a pre-obtained Entry Visit Visa. However, the Entry Visit Visa will be granted by the UAE Authorities upon arrival at any UAE ports (air, land and sea) valid for 90 days and free of charge. .Any person who enters the UAE by an Entry Visit Visa is not allowed to work in the UAE whether paid or unpaid.
