LSF Montpellier:
LSF Montpellier in the south of France provides year-round French language & Cooking classes to international students from all over the world. Our hands-on French and cooking courses include 20 lessons of French per week, and 8 cooking lessons with a classically trained chef. In the mornings, you will follow the standard French course structure in our French language school. In the afternoons, your cooking lessons will take place in a well-equipped, professional cooking school, just 5 minutes from the LSF campus.. Our French and cooking courses provide an ideal opportunity to learn French while enjoying the renowned French gastronomy.

French Language and Cooking Courses:
Our French tuition focuses on all aspects of the French language: speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will also learn and improve your communication skills in the kitchen when cooking with other native French students. You will eat what you have prepared, and you will go home with exciting new recipies. Course themes include:

-Toqué en cuisine:
Preparation of several different dishes around the same theme as : "autour du citron"; "friands, biscuits cookies", "4 plats sucrés salés"; "spécial Pâques".

- Chef Minute:
Quick easy-to-make dishes such as "tartare chaude de saumon aux condiments, tartine de légumes"; "ailerons de poulet cocotte, râpée de pommes de terre"; "cannellonis de ricotta et petits légumes"; "paupiette de saumon aux légumes, riz créole"; "truite panée aux noisettes, poêlée de printemps".

- Saveurs et vins au retour du marché:
Preparation of a complete meal, starting with a visit to a local market to choose fresh produce.

- Saveurs d'ici et d'ailleurs:
Cuisine provençale. The Provence region is famous for its excellent regional dishes, from seafood on the Mediterranean coast to meat and vegetable dishes further north.
