Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Training Program:

Job duties of a medication aide include:
• Preparing, administering and maintaining medications.

• Assisting clients with self-administration of prescribed medications, asepsis, basic pharmacology and documentation.

• Administer oral medications, ear drops, nasal drops, topical preparations, eye drops and ointments, transdermal patches, nebulizer treatments, soaks and sitz baths, oral hygiene products, inhalation therapy products and epi-pens.
