4-week Beginner to Advanced Level Business French Immersion Program:
Our Business French Summer School course allows students to live an enriching linguistic and cultural experience on both a personal and professional level over a relatively short period of time (4 weeks).

General course features include:

- Focus on the 4 language skills: writing, reading, listening and speaking

Business French – Level 1
This course is designed to help you to acquire a basic knowledge of the French language to help you to further your studies and reach your professional goals.

By the end of this course, you will have acquired the skills to:
- Understand a rudimentary vocabulary and everyday expressions in keeping with topics related to course studies, the workplace and immediate environment 
- Understand basic information and the general ideas of clearn and simple messages
- Understand simple and short documents (e.g., notes, e-mails, advertisements);

Business French – Level 2
The course aims to help you to acquire a slightly more advanced knowledge of the French language to help you to reach your professional goals.

By the end of this course, you will have acquired the skills to:
- Communicate orally on everyday topics 
- Understand the general ideas of messages formulated in everyday vocabulary on topics related to course studies, the workplace and immediate environment
- Understand documents written in general French or business French (e.g., text messages, e-mails, notes, short letters)

Business French – Level 3
This course aims to help you to acquire a good command of the French language to ensure the quality and effectiveness of written and oral communication in French relevant to university studies and the workplace. 

Specific Objectives:
- Acquisition of writing techniques applied to short administrative documents
- Comprehension of university and work-related documents through reading and listening activities based on multimedia materials both in class and at home
- Refinement of language specificities in the French-speaking business arena
- Enrichment of vocabulary, notably key areas related to Management, Economics, Accounting

Business French – Level 4
This course aims to help you to acquire a very good command of the French language to ensure the quality and effectiveness of written and oral communication in French relevant to university studies and the workplace.

By the end of this course, you will have acquired the skills to:
- Communicate orally, with proficiency
- Understand ideas presented in long and complex written documents (e.g., specialized articles, memos, letters, reports) as well as in oral presentations (e.g., lectures and conferences)
- Write fairly complex texts that will show balance, clarity and relevance to the type of written communication involved (e.g., business letters, e-mails, reports, summaries)
