Focus Education Centre of Canada, Mississauga, Ontario:
Situated in Mississauga (an exciting, booming, multicultural city west of Toronto), Focus Education Centre of Canada is an English language school that provides English language classes and exam preparation courses to local students and international students. Our aim is to prepare you to achieve high scores in internationally-recognized English language and post graduate examinations, specializing in group preparation for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System). We also offer CELPIP Exam prep, and a 'Focus On English' general English course for beginners to advanced level students. To help you prepare to succeed in your English language proficiency exam, we focus on a different skill each day!

We teach English language students but also anyone who want to improve their English language skills to help them further in life.

Before you begin your program, you will take a placement test to see your current level of English. This allows us to ensure that you are placed in the correct class for your level.

Our group classes are kept small to ensure each student gets the individual attention they need.

There are three study options available for group classes:
• Intensive: 30 hours per week
• Full Time: 20 hours per week
• Part Time: 10 hours per week 

You will also have the option to begin your program in our private one-on-one format.  Many students choose this format in order to progress more quickly.

Group Classes - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced:
• Focus on English (General English) program: This is a general English class that helps students improve their language skills in all areas. It is offered at 5 levels, with each level taking approximately 8 weeks to complete.

English Language Exam Preparation Courses:
• IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
• CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language)
• CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)
• MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery) 

Business English Writing Course:
Business grammar, writing mechanics, business documents, and expectations for professionalism in communication are covered. 

Medical Exam Prep Programs:
• MCCQE 1 & 2 (Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination) exam preparation courses
• USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2 CK & CS (United States Medical Licensing Examination) exam preparation courses
