Academic Enrichment Program:
Photo of Summer Camps & Academic Enrichment Programs in OregonDelphian School's unique approach to academics provides an individually tailored program for each student as well as one-on-one assistance. Individual progress is not tied to the speed of others in the class. Students who have mastered the basics are free to advance quickly into new areas.

Students can brush up in weak areas (at any level), tackle advanced subjects, or simply explore new interests. Summer at Delphi is one of the only academic summer camps to give students instruction in and personal reference books about the subject of how to study.

Delphian School is one of the only academic summer camps to give students instruction in and personal reference books about the subject of how to study. This vital instruction – missing in many school systems today – can greatly increase any student's enthusiasm for learning.

As they learn these study methods, students find they are able to fully understand and apply the data they are studying in school. The result is that many students realize they can succeed in today's competitive environment and their enthusiasm for learning soars.

ESL English Program:

Beginning ESL students who are also interested in attending Delphian during the academic year would need to attend the full, six-week summer session and complete that program.

The ESL program accepts students age 8 and above. ESL Courses available: Conversation, Reading, Grammar, Spelling, Punctuation, Cursive Handwriting, Composition.

Summer Sports Camps:
Delphian School offers three intensive summer sports camps in tennis, soccer or volleyball for students enrolled in our 4 or 6-week programs. Soccer and volleyball camps are taught by State-level Varsity coaches and former State-level Varsity players.

Students who participate in these camps can successfully increase their skills, stamina and ability to compete. These camps replace the regular afternoon activities while they are running.

Horse Camp:
We provide a week-long horse camp for students enrolled in our 4 or 6-week programs. This camp replaces afternoon activities during this week.

Students will learn about basic horse care, tack and equestrian anatomy. They will learn basic arena riding and participate in a simple drill team as well as take trail rides on our 800-acre campus with experienced instructors. Space is limited.
