General English Course:
This course focuses on allowing you to achieve English fluency at a semi-intensive speed that gives you enough time to really enjoy your time in Portland.

The course includes 15 hours of classroom study per week with an additional 5.25 hours of study sessions. You can start any Monday throughout the year and study for as many weeks as you need (minimum 2 weeks).


Intensive English Course:

This course features 21 hours of classroom study per week and covers General English as well as optional skills such as Business English.

Vacation English Course:
Learn the English vocabulary and grammar and vocabulary you need to feel comfortable while traveling! 

With 15 hours of English classes per week, this course provides a semi-intensive focus on speaking, listening, reading and writing.


General English Academic Year/Semester (20/24/32 weeks)
Become fluent in everyday and academic English, enhance your academic profile, improve your career prospects, immerse yourself in a new culture and make friends from around the world!

English courses are for all levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced. The Academic Year is approximately nine months with two vacations and the Semester is five months with one vacation.


Intensive English Academic Year/Semester (20/24/32 weeks)
Become fluent in English in nine months when you join a Kaplan International Intensive English Academic Year program. Intensive English courses are available for all levels - beginner to advanced.
