AquaSkills Swim Lessons, NYC:
Established in 2004, AquaSkills is a private swim school in Lower Manhattan in New York City, and is a leader in swim education throughout NYC for adults & children (ages 4+). We believe in a gentle approach to teaching swim skills. We conduct private & semi-private swimming classes or small groups of up to 4 in an exclusive heated pool. We teach adults at all levels - from non-swimmers to people training for triathlons or competitive team swimmers. An introduction class is suggested for placement.

Responsible Teaching - Highly Experienced Swim Instructors:
AquaSkill's instructors are mature, dedicated and highly skilled at teaching. Our methods are an amalgam of the skills of Adrian Ginju, a former member of the Romanian Olympic Swim Team, and Lori Pailet, a professional Aquatic Exercise instructor (AEA), American Red Cross certified to deliver ultimately responsible swim classes.

Aquaskills has been highly touted as a unique learning center by the New York Times, CBS News, Wall Street Journal and Forbes for "Overcoming Fear of Water" & Beginner Swim Classes. AquaSkills is the ideal place to learn correct form & proper techniques as well as to have fun with your new skills.

By appointment only. For 100% flexibility of class schedule, you can create your own semi-private or small groups by finding your own classmates. Swim groups & parties are available by special request. We offer gift certificates for all occasions.
