Overview
Join the Cloud Common Solutions Application Development Platform (ADP) at Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland – a multinational team driving cloud‑native and AI‑enabled products. The ADP Hub Aachen builds products, components, and microservices used across Ericsson, and shapes the strategy, evolution and technology leadership for parts of ADP. We are seeking a Software Developer Cloud Native to design, build and evolve micro‑service‑based solutions.
In this role you will take part in the full software lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, integration, documentation, and support. We work in lean, agile, multinational teams and value practical, outcome‑focused engineering.
- Work as part of an agile team to deliver production‑ready software.
- Analyse requirements and design clean, maintainable software architectures.
- Develop, test, integrate, troubleshoot and support micro‑services and related components.
- Implement real‑time data pipelines for network telemetry and analytics.
- Drive continuous quality improvements across products and processes.
- Migrate and evolve existing solutions to modern technologies and architectures.
- Help design and implement CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for cloud‑native and AI solutions.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, participate in code reviews, and help shape technical roadmaps and product lifecycle activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Practical software engineering experience and a solid understanding of software architecture and product lifecycle management.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++; experience with Go or Java is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native tooling:
Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. - Familiarity with CI/CD automation and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Sage Maker).
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure) is advantageous.
- Experience with distributed systems or real‑time analytics (e.g., Kafka, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills;
