Whatthe job looks like
- Act as a guardian by defining Controlling governance standards, ensuring compliance and refining CO processes for the future.
- Drive financial process excellence by managing robust governance frameworks that ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
- Elevate cross-functional impact by promoting collaboration and fostering best practice adoption across finance teams, ensuring consistent direction and synergy.
- Strengthen financial integrity by ensuring full compliance with controlling standards, local accounting rules, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
- Enable strategic decision-making by consolidating planning inputs, forecasts, and steering data for operational alignment.
- Act as the primary interface to OCE, translating strategic objectives into actionable insights and ensuring seamless integration of business requirements.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are a plus.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering (commercial or pharma exposure is a plus).
- Hands‑on expertise with forecasting, performance tracking, and building reliable views quickly.
- Comfortable with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx, and eager to learn new platforms.
- Strong governance mindset, able to define standards, anticipate risks, and maintain compliance without creating friction.
- Excellent communicator who partners confidently across functions and with senior stakeholders.
