Engineering Professional - Aerospace

We are looking for an Engineering Professional with fluent German (mandatory) and good English to join our team in Augsburg, Germany
, supporting customer coordination and engineering projects in the aerospace/tool engineering environment.

Act as the local interface between Airbus Tool Engineering/Production teams and our offshore engineering team
.Coordinate customer requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and project activities.

Understand, clarify, and communicate technical requirements between customer and engineering teams.

Track open topics, actions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.

Participate in customer/project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. Support resolution of technical and project coordination issues.

Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering
, or a related discipline.
Fluent German and good English – mandatory.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good technical understanding and organizational skills.

Experience in aerospace, Airbus, tool engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering is an advantage.

Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams is a plus.
