As an Inhouse Developer for Dynamics 365 (FSCM & CE), you’ll be right where things get interesting: at the intersection of business requirements and clean technical solutions. What matters to us: you don’t just implement tasks - you actively contribute ideas, understand the context, and develop solutions that stand the test of time.

• DEVELOPING DYNAMICS 365 FURTHER You build solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM & CE, ranging from customizing and extensions to integrations that are actually used in day-to-day operations
• UNDERSTANDING AND SHAPING PROCESSES You engage with the processes behind requirements and find ways to implement them in a technically sound and meaningful way
• WRITING CLEAN CODE You write code that is still easy to understand three months later (including for yourself)
• WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE BUSINESS You collaborate with business departments, clarify requirements, and develop solutions together that truly fit – no “good enough” solutions
• ENSURING CODE QUALITY You make sure your code is traceable, tested, and deployable, using established processes like CI/CD
• CONNECTING SYSTEMS You integrate systems and data via APIs, OData, REST, and ensure everything works smoothly together
• WORKING WITH DATA You use SQL and data models to prepare information in a way that is actually usable
• USING AI EFFECTIVELY You use AI tools where they help you become faster or better, and contribute ideas where they can deliver real value

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP or CRM systems, as well as a willingness to further develop your expertise
• Understanding of processes and the ability to analyze requirements, design thoughtful technical solutions, and implement them cleanly
• Familiarity with the Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps
• Confident use of Git, pipelines, and CI/CD
• Experience with integrations and interfaces, along with a strong understanding of how systems interact
• Solid knowledge of working with data and SQL
• Openness to new technologies, especially in the field of AI
• A structured, self-reliant way of working and a drive to move things forward
• Strong English skills for working in an international environment
