Product Manager, Digital Radio

• You will take overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
• Lead the strategic and operational development and expansion of the station
• Maintain, structure and perform quality control of content across all platforms
• Further develop the on-air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
• Plan and implement on- and off-air brand marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain a network of artists, influencers and multipliers (key promotional partners)

• You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
• Professional experience in product management for digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong feel for the genre
• Strong instinct for suitable artists - you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio
• Experience with playlist tools and ideally with music planning software
• Strong brand understanding and sensitivity to target audiences
• Team player with strong communication skills and a desire to shape a young brand

Demonstrates expertise in product management for digital media, particularly in radio and streaming, with a strong understanding of brand development and audience engagement. Capable of leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with creative teams to enhance on-air design and marketing efforts.
