MT Aerospace is a global leader in the aerospace industry. Support inthe development and management of transition roadmaps

• Translating identified transition opportunities into concreteinitiatives, projects and measures
• Prioritisingand structuring measures according to impact, urgency and feasibility, as wellas defining responsibilities, milestones, dependencies and timelines
• Developingsuitable targets and KPIs to measure operational and economic impact
• Managing and monitoring implementation, including progress, KPI, reporting and escalation management

Designingworkshops and preparing decision-making processes

• Preparing and following up on transition and management workshops in collaboration with the Transition Management Team
• Producinganalyses, decision-making documents, management presentations and progress reports
• Supporting organisational change and engaging relevant managers, departments and stakeholders

Contributing to the optimisation of processes, organisation and value creation

• Analysing and optimising key corporate, production and support processes
• Furtherdevelopment of organisational structures, responsibilities, interfaces and decision-making processes

Contributing to the further development of the business model and operational structures

• Analysis of existing business areas, services and value creation structures, and identification of potential for improvement and transformation
• Support inthe development of strategic objectives and concrete areas of action to sustainably increase performance, profitability and scalability

• A successfully completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Initial professional experience in management consultancy, in-house consultancy, change management or a business area related to transformation is essential
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues and identifying specific actions required
• A sound understanding of business administration and an interest in operational topics such as processes and organisation
• A structured, reliable and independent approach to work, with a strong commitment to following up on actions, deadlines and milestones
