About the role

We are looking for you - as a responsible, team player who wants to make a difference!

You will act as the crucial interface between production
, where our building elements are manufactured, and the construction site
, where they are assembled. Your mission is to ensure that our building system is constructed in compliance with internal specifications and relevant building codes
, while continuously driving improvements across processes.

In this role, you will:

Develop quality concepts for interface processes between production and construction sites.

• Develop quality concepts for interface processes between production and construction sites
• Create and improve construction site processes for Gropyus projects
• Moderate and participate in risk analyses (FMEA)
• Detect, control, and follow-up of necessary measures
  , e.g., blocking of parts, rework, special releases
• Conduct systematic problem analyses and ensure permanent resolution (8D, Lessons Learned)
• Plan, execute, and monitor construction site audits (process and product-related)
• Continuously enhance the Quality Management System in relation to construction sites and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply quality tools and lead Kaizen projects (PDCA)
• Ensure our building system is erected according to specifications and valid building codes

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience as a building surveyor
• Solid knowledge of building codes
• Ideally, experience in quality planning, problem solving, and auditing
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SAP, Six Sigma, or Lean Green/Black Belt is a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly (50-80%) to our construction sites in Germany and Austria
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
