Their mission is simple to make motion design faster smarter and accessible to everyone. This is a rare opportunity to join the founding team at an early stage take full ownership of design and shape a product thats set to transform an entire industry.

• Own the entire design process from discovery to launch for all customer-facing experiences.
• Design intuitive UI / UX for complex AI-driven creative workflows.
• Lead user research interviews and usability testing to inform product improvements.
• Drive growth through onboarding optimisation A / B testing and conversion-focused design.
• Create visual assets and landing pages that communicate a compelling brand story.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on product strategy roadmap and prioritisation.
• Establish scalable design systems and maintain a high-quality design standard.

• 2 years end-to-end product design experience ideally in consumer-facing or creative software.
• Proven experience with AI tools complex workflows or design-led products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX excellence and problem-solving ability.
• Hands‑on experience with user research and testing.
• Growth and metrics-driven mindset.

• Experience in video animation or motion graphics tools.
• Prior startup or founding team experience.
• Basic coding or prototyping (HTML / CSS / JS).

• base salary founding-level equity (0.751.5%).
