Warm-Up

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting a seamless, multichannel wellness experience for Gymondo customers across Android, iOS, and Web.

You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team, driving user-centered design solutions that enhance acquisition, engagement and retention. As a senior member of our design team, you’ll also lead internal initiatives, such as our design system, and have the opportunity to mentor junior designers.

• End-to-End Design
  :
  Lead the design process from problem discovery to solution delivery, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
• Customer-Centric Approach
  :
  Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions that improve user satisfaction and business growth.
• Design System Contribution
  :
  Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
  :
  Work in a cross-functional team alongside engineers, product managers, and stakeholders while mentoring junior and mid-level designers.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving
  :
  Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to complex design challenges, optimizing usability and user flows.

• Experience
  : 4+ years of professional experience in designing complex digital products (fitness, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or similar industries preferred).
• Technical Skills
  :
  Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design expertise, information architecture, and high-quality visual communication.
• Data-Driven Mindset
  :
  Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
• Agile Collaboration
  :
  Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders.
• Design System Expertise
  :
  Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system is a big plus.
• Mentorship Skills
  :
  Passion for guiding junior and mid-level designers.
• Languages
  :
  Strong command of English (German is a plus).
• Bonus Skills
  :
  Knowledge of animations, micro-interactions, and reducing complexity in user flows.
