Based in Berlin, our Loyalty Design Team is rewriting the rules of customer retention. Through our
* Plus* program, we create customer‑centric loyalty experiences where users unlock exclusive benefits by shopping on the company and completing app missions. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will play a critical role in transforming transaction milestones into moments of delight, ensuring our members feel valued at every single touchpoint of their journey.

This role is based in Berlin.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our small, dedicated loyalty design team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for shaping the user experience for Plus missions and third‑party benefits (Wolt Plus, Spotify Premium, etc.). You will realize end‑to‑end design solutions—taking mid‑term goals and defined problems through solution design and execution.

You are passionate about designing and delivering customer‑centric solutions that delight customers and align with business strategy. You bring strong foundational UX/UI skills, a keen eye for detail and visual design trends, and an appreciation for how art direction, illustration, or motion design elevate the customer journey.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience with design experiments, concept design methods, and participating in or conducting user research.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and product analytics to drive data‑informed design decisions.

  Prior experience designing with gamification patterns (especially relevant for Plus missions).

Collaboration and communication are at the heart of this role. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, commercial stakeholders, product analysts, and fellow designers to grow our loyalty program into a delightful and attractive experience.

As a customer‑focused designer, you will actively contribute to the the company Product Design community by sharing best practices, coaching colleagues, delivering high‑quality solutions, and offering actionable feedback in design reviews.
