You are a design systems expert, systems thinker, and Figma power user. You understand that outstanding digital products emerge through scalable systems, efficient workflows, and close collaboration between design and engineering.
We are looking for a proven specialist who can shape, scale, and operationalize enterprise-grade design systems within complex environments — with a strong focus on automotive ecosystems, multi-product platforms, and future-ready AI-supported workflows.
You bring deep expertise in Figma, component architecture, design operations, and emerging agentic workflows. You know how to transform complexity into maintainable systems that enable teams to move faster while ensuring quality and consistency.
Your tasks- You drive the creation, evolution, and governance of complex design systems across digital products, platforms, and ecosystems
- You establish scalable component architectures, token strategies, variables, and documentation structures in Figma, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and implementation readiness
- You own advanced Figma workflows including libraries, branching, versioning, variables, modes, responsive systems, automation, and multi-team collaboration models
- You work closely with product, engineering, research, strategy, and design teams to bridge design intent and technical implementation while aligning vision with execution
- You actively introduce AI-supported and agentic workflows into the design process — leveraging automation, intelligent tooling, and emerging Design Ops practices to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
- You contribute to complex automotive ecosystems and understand the challenges of multi-brand, multi-platform, and embedded digital experiences
- You drive validation and iteration cycles to continuously improve system quality, usability, and product experience
- You bring 4-6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or Design Systems with a strong specialization in scalable digital systems
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design excellence, and proven experience building or evolving enterprise-level design systems
- You bring experience within automotive, mobility, embedded systems, or other complex product ecosystems
- You think in systems — translating user needs, product goals, and brand principles into coherent and scalable digital experiences
- You bring deep expertise in Figma including advanced auto layout, component systems, variables, tokens, responsive design, prototyping, shared libraries, branching, and versioning
- You understand how design systems scale across multiple teams, products, and implementation environments
- You bring experience with Design Ops, contribution models, governance structures, and cross-functional collaboration
