As an Architect (m/f/d) , you will tap into your creativity to design unique professional environments, providing technical support for completion and execution of projects, working on all project stages. You are:

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously working with the team to design and deliver major projects for professional and financial service companies and other corporates. These can be architecture and interior design projects.
• Experienced at managing project lifecycle; estimating, bidding, project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch/snagging lists, turnover, opening, and project close-out.
• Continually support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
• Able to provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
• Experienced in maintaining project manual and specifications.
• Experienced in conducting and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during construction.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in Germany with strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship - management skills
• Experience in the design and delivery of workplace design projects is essential
• Experience in project leadership, excellent client liaison and team management skills
• Have a proactive, problem-solving attitude and be able to work closely with the wider consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions
• Knowledge of German building regulations, codes, standards and building structures
• Experience with the full project lifecycle
• Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done
• Proficiency in Revit
• Fluency in both German and English is essential to the role
