Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second‑hand fashion and a go‑to destination for all kinds of pre‑loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick‑up and drop‑off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high‑value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Vinted is Europe's largest secondhand fashion platform. The Marketplace team owns the core experience: how people discover, list, buy, and sell.

We're hiring a Staff Product Designer to raise the design bar and bring strategic clarity to some of the most complex problems in the product. You'll join the Marketplace product design leadership team and be part of the craft leadership group, alongside a fellow Staff Product Designer, Staff Design Technologist, and Senior Product Designers from across domains.

• Be accountable for projects that land measurable impact. You define what the right work is. You don't wait for it to be scoped for you.
• Raise the capability of ICs in your area. You make this happen through pair work, critique, and direct coaching.
• Help other functions start thinking like designers. As a result of your impact, PMs and engineers actively reference design principles in their own decisions. You earn this through osmosis, not training decks.
• Drive how design standards evolve. You own the bar and raise it as the business, tech, and user context changes.
• Make AI-powered ways of working real for the team. You experiment, systematise, and communicate. You also reason clearly about what AI changes for users, not just for internal workflows.
• Turn ambiguous signals into investable opportunities. You are expected to build the case and move senior stakeholders to commit, not just surface options.
• Produce work that is above the current team bar. Others calibrate to it.
• Earn the trust of senior leaders. You’ll do this through sound judgment, clear narratives, and the confidence to help them make big bets on design.

• Strong proven experience (typically 10+ years) of product design for consumer‑scale digital products. Marketplace experience is a strong plus.
• A portfolio that shows taste, judgment, and shipped impact.
• You move work forward without being asked. You're as comfortable doing as directing.
• Hands‑on with AI in your actual workflow: design, prototyping, and automation. You use it, not just discuss it.
• Sharp eye for quality. You know when the last 1% matters and when it doesn't.
• Steady when the work gets slow, contested, or unglamorous.
