With more than 550 stores worldwide, we are the gateway to the worlds of Warhammer. Our retail staff are the first point of contact and are responsible for introducing customers to our miniatures and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere.

• Welcome new customers into the worlds of Warhammer and provide hands‑on hobby guidance.

• Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction.

• Make decisions that help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.

• Customer‑focused, cheerful and professional.

• Able to work independently, organized, and present yourself professionally at all times.

• Demonstrates the right attitude and behaviour that aligns with the company’s values.
