As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify ⚡️#New Energy opportunities for our customers and build future proof, sustainable and valuable products for our customers.

Your Position:

• Define Product Vision and Strategy:
  Shape and deliver the global product vision for building our energy business; defining how we provide, manage, and scale our energy offering across international markets. This includes full ownership of our dynamic tariffs, energy retail proposition, and service portfolio, ensuring a consistent, customer‑centric experience across all regions.
• Standardize and Scale Our Energy Proposition:
  Develop and harmonize the technical setup, operational processes, and partner integrations that underpin our global energy business. Create scalable standards for tariff logic, billing, metering, and market communication (Marktkommunikationsprozesse) to ensure seamless operation and compliance across markets.
• Market Analysis and Expertise:
  Evaluate and anticipate developments across international energy markets; including regulatory frameworks, trading mechanisms, and pricing innovations, to inform product design and strategic decisions. Identify opportunities for differentiation and profitable growth.

  Act as an internal and external expert on energy retail operations, collaborating closely with engineering, energy operations, trading, and partner teams. Align technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our energy proposition.
• Support Product Operations:
  Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and standardization to drive scalable growth across global markets.
• Drive Commercial Success:
  Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to position our energy products effectively, ensuring they deliver measurable customer value and strengthen our overall market position.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in product management within the energy retail, trading, or metering domain, ideally across multiple European markets.
• Proven track record in building or scaling energy retail products or systems, including dynamic tariffs, billing, market communication processes or trading integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into scalable and compliant energy propositions. Market Expertise:
• Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulatory frameworks, and market operations (e.g., communication standards, settlement processes, and balancing).
• Awareness of emerging business models around flexibility, dynamic pricing, and digital energy services.
• Technical & Operational Acumen:
• Familiarity with energy market systems, metering infrastructure, energy data management, and trading or billing platforms.
• Experience in working with engineering and data teams to implement technical integrations and automation within the retail energy value chain.
