• Performing switching operations on medium and high-voltage systems
• Preparation & pre-installation of cables and electrical components
• Testing transformers, uptower converters, and switch gear
• Insulation, protective, and functional tests
• Commissioning of electrical systems and components
• Inspection of electrical components

• Successfully completed training as an electricians or electronics technicians for industrial engineering
• Proven experience working on EnVentus or V236 systems
• Switching authorization between 66kV - 72kV
• Offshore safety training (e.g., HUET, Sea Survival)
• Valid certifications like LOTO2, ESO, ESQ desirable
• Willingness to day/night shifts
