- Testing transformers, uptower converters, and switch gear
- Insulation, protective, and functional tests
- Commissioning of electrical systems and components
- Inspection of electrical components
- Successfully completed training as an electricians or electronics technicians for industrial engineering
- Proven experience working on EnVentus or V236 systems
- Switching authorization between 66kV - 72kV
- Offshore safety training (e.g., HUET, Sea Survival)
- Valid certifications like LOTO2, ESO, ESQ desirable
- Willingness to day/night shifts
