Help enterprises upskill  Bots & People, we design and deliver global upskilling initiatives in topics like AI, Data, or Personal Productivity.

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on Microsoft Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.

• 3+ years of experience in training about Microsoft Tools - ideally also in Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio
• 5+ years professional experience in enterrpise IT or Digital Transformation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Ideally fluent in German and English
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions.
