* Ihre Aufgaben:

*** Installations-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im Elektro-, Sanitär- oder allgemeinen Haustechnikbereich
* Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes innerhalb unseres Haustechnikerteams
* Kontrolle der Gebäudetechnik und Überwachung von Wartungsterminen
* Durchführung technischer Soforthilfe und Begleitung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit Schwerpunkten in der Elektrotechnik und Sanitärtechnik
* Betreuung aller gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
* Begleitung unserer Kundenveranstaltungen
* Fehleranalysen an der Anlagentechnik
* Erkennung und Dokumentation von Gewährleistungsmängeln

* Ihr Profil:

*** Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im entsprechenden Bereich (Elektrik, Sanitär, Haustechnik oder Tischler)
* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen
* Fundiertes technisches Verständnis
* Höhentauglichkeit für Arbeiten auf einer Hebebühne
* Die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Schichtdienst)
* Eine Begabung für die Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
