- Act as the interface between the external rent and financial accounting departments of the property managers and the respective investors.
- Review external monthly accounting data, annual financial statements, and variance analyses, including comments.
- Cash management / reporting.
- Act as the contact person for annual auditors and tax advisors (preparation and review of advance VAT returns and tax returns).
- Assistance in the preparation and review of business plans.
- Support and contact person for the operational asset managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in (specify field of study) from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required.
- Several years of professional experience in accounting / controlling, preferably in the real estate industry or in tax consulting / auditing.
- Relevant experience in working with different accounting systems.
- Good IT skills in all common MS Office products.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Hands‑on mentality.
- Strong communication skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
- Initiative and organizational skills.
