As an Accountant (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will own the accounting function, establishing solid financial workflows and accounting practices that bring transparency to our reporting.

• Accounting Function Ownership: Processing all transactions relevant to the general ledger and sub‑ledger of our companies
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidating in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and investor reporting requirements
• Consolidation across all Entities: Ensuring accurate accounting of complex matters and checking the plausibility of reports and key figures across all entities
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the first point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and financial authorities
• Driving compliance: Supporting the implementation of accounting requirements
• Controlling Ownership: Proactively driving needed adjustments in our accounting set‑up and cost controlling
• Improving Workflows: Driving projects that improve transparency, workflows and process efficiency

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant background with educational and commercial training and domain expertise
• Numerical Proficiency: Confident handling of numbers with an analytical and process‑oriented way of working combined with good Excel and DATEV skills
• Accounting Proficiency: Professional experience in accounting with very good HGB knowledge
