Can you manage the bar, the team and trouble without breaking a sweat? Then grab your place behind the bar - we are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d) who is hands‑on, thinks along and knows what makes a good beer even better.

• Support in the personnel management of the bar team
• Selection and development of employees in consultation with the bar management
• Training of employees (bar, up-sell, cash register system Gastronovi, time recording system gastromatic, Task tracking flowtify)
• Instruction of employees in the area of occupational safety
• Improvement of the bar process in the restaurant and beer garden together with the bar management
• Duty planning for the bar team
• Control of working hours in gastromatic
• Taking over day and night manager activities
• Monthly inventory in the bar area
• Supervision of regular tasks of the bar team in Flowtify
• Participation in regular meetings

• First experience in a managerial position or as a team leader in a bar, pub or hospitality industry
• Excellent bar management skills including stock management, ordering and waste control
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring our quality standards
• Confident in dealing with customer feedback and professional as well as speedy problem solving
• Understanding of health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Experience working with cash, till systems and till closure
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach to work with a solution-focused mindset
• Good command of English and German
