* Assisting the station cooks
* Shared responsibility for implementing legal and company-specific occupational safety and hygiene regulations
* Active participation in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
* Shared responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen operations
* Checking deliveries for quality, freshness, and completeness
* Shared responsibility for the proper storage of food
