• Unterstützung der operativen Teams im täglichen Hotel- und F&B-Betrieb
• Mitarbeit bei der Eröffnung und dem Aufbau der gastronomischen Bereiche des Estrel Towers
• Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Gäste- und Serviceerlebnisses
• Aktive Mitarbeit in verschiedenen F&B-Outlets und Veranstaltungsbereichen
• Analyse und Optimierung von Service- und Arbeitsabläufen
• Unterstützung bei Inventuren, Forecasts sowie KPI-Auswertungen
• Mitarbeit bei Events, Sonderveranstaltungen und der Betreuung von VIP-Gästen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellenbereichen sowie schrittweise Übernahme erster Führungsverantwortung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotelmanagement, Tourismus, Hospitality oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil
• Leidenschaft für Food, Beverage und gehobene Gastlichkeit
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgebermentalität
• Strukturierte, organisierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und professionelles Auftreten
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität im operativen Hotelalltag
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung und Führungsverantwortung
