• Lead a manufacturing site with full accountability for performance, people, and transformation.
• Champion Lean, S&OP, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture.
• Represent your site as a benchmark for excellence.

• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations (typically 700+ employees).
• A strong track record in transformation, team development, and operational performance.
• Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to be fully present on-site.
