At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing team, you support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass-ceramics, and ceramics for our high-tech small-batch, single-part, and prototype production.

• Support coating operations on production equipment in accordance with manufacturing instructions and process requirements
• Prepare, load, operate, and monitor coating and cleaning equipment following defined procedures
• Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections of components and production tools
• Conduct cleaning, preparation, and visual inspection of components before, during, and after processing
• Carry out routine measurements, document results, and maintain production records in designated systems
• Perform cleaning, basic maintenance activities, and minor adjustments on equipment in coordination with technical support functions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, cleanroom requirements, and safety regulations

• Completed vocational training in a technical, manufacturing, or related field
• Experience operating computer-controlled manufacturing equipment, preferably coating or cleaning systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing process documentation and production data recording
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and SAP
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and in a shift-based operation system

• Ability to perform precise manual tasks requiring strong fine motor skills and careful visual inspection of components
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive components and measurement results
• Ability to perform tasks over extended periods that involve the regular lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy components
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across functions and reliably achieve shared objectives
• Consistently follow work instructions and established procedures, including repetitive operational tasks
• Communicate production deviations and technical issues clearly and in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
