Consultant (f/m/d) for Construction & Real Estate Projects – Development Consulting / Development Management in Berlin

, we are looking for a dedicated Consultant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, specialising in development consultancy and development management for construction and property projects.

BOHNZIRLEWAGEN is a holistic consultancy firm specialising in property projects. Our focus is on providing strategic support for complex property processes for both private and public clients. • Site and neighbourhood development
  :
  Contributing to feasibility studies, site analyses and land‑use concepts, as well as assessing urban planning and property market conditions.
• Project management and coordination
  :
  Supporting the management of interdisciplinary project teams, preparing decision‑making documents and presentations, and monitoring relevant project parameters.
• Process design & facilitation
  :
  Preparing and documenting workshops, participatory formats and consultation processes with project partners and public sector clients.
• Business development & portfolio expansion
  :
  Contributing to the preparation of tenders and the further development of our service portfolio in development management.

• Education
  : A degree in urban planning, architecture, property management, geography, civil engineering or a comparable subject.
• Experience
  :
  Initial practical experience in urban or neighbourhood development, project development or property consultancy would be an advantage.
• Specialist knowledge
  :
  An understanding of the interrelationships between urban planning, economic and organisational development.
• Soft skills
  :
  Committed, strong communicator, a team player and confident when dealing with clients and project partners.
• Language skills
  :
  Very good command of German (min. C1/C2) and good written and spoken English.
• Technical skills
  :
  Very good knowledge of MS Office, confidence in giving presentations and a structured approach to work.
