About the Role

As Asset Manager, you will independently manage a nationwide commercial portfolio of healthcare assets. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, you will develop asset strategies, drive value creation, and ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction — all while navigating the complexity of healthcare real estate and ESG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial healthcare assets across Germany
• Develop and implement asset management and ESG strategies
• Maximize portfolio performance and profitability
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and business plans
• Analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities
• Negotiate and oversee rental and service contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with Transaction, Legal, Finance, Leasing, and Property Management
• Prepare decision papers and presentations for management
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, or Real Estate (RICS qualification is a plus)
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management — ideally for institutional investors or entrepreneurial/Anglo-Saxon platforms

Required Skills

• Expertise in commercial asset strategies, market analysis, and lettings
• Solid knowledge of property
• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel, DCF, IRR)
• Fluent in German and English, strong MS Office skills

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
