• In-depth industry knowledge and a proven track record in real estate brokerage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine passion for real estate and architecture
• Strong computer skills, preferably with experience using Propstack
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Commercial licence pursuant to Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Ideally, experience with real estate investment products
