Senior Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help scale and evolve a high-performance, cloud-native platform that powers our advanced data solutions. This is a remote-first role for platform engineers with deep experience in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud architecture who are excited to build the future of data infrastructure.

• Design, implement, and manage a scalable and resilient cloud platform
• Define a long-term platform strategy that aligns with product and company growth
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Architect, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and custom Kubernetes operators
• Build and manage distributed systems that ensure high availability and fault tolerance
• Write high-quality, production-grade code in Go
• Automate workflows and connect infrastructure components seamlessly
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and data science teams
• Ensure system health and stability through logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Continuously drive platform improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• 3-4+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering
• Expertise in managing and scaling systems on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficient in Go and experienced in writing clean, maintainable code
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and experience with Kubernetes operators
• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience designing systems for scalability, performance, and growth
• Comfortable with on-call rotations and incident response in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote team environment
