This role is perfect for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a passion for technology. You should feel comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets while staying curious about how AI and automation can solve real business challenges.

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects focused on AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with client requirements.
• Forecast project timelines, resource needs, and budgets to ensure accurate planning and delivery.
• Manage staffing plans, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate team assignments across multiple projects.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.

• ~3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in tech consulting or digital transformation.
• Dexterity implementing best project management practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMP, SAFe, Dev Ops – SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including C‑level presentations.
• Structured, outcome‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Experience with AI or automation projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Kantata, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
