We are seeking a German-speaking Technical Business Developer to join a growing technology-driven organization in Berlin. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in B2B tech sales
, capable of identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Monday to Friday
09:00 – 17:00
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities within the technology sector
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
Engage with decision-makers and technical stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
Position technical solutions effectively, aligning product value with client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal technical and account teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Candidate RequirementsEnglish: B2 level or higher
Proven experience in B2B technical sales (
mandatory
)
Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultative sales methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Availability to work on-site in Berlin
Salary & BenefitsFixed Monthly Salary: €3,100 gross
Performance Bonus: Up to €700 gross per month (based on individual performance)
