We are looking for a visionary and hands‑on VP Tech & Product to lead and evolve our omni‑channel ecommerce and retail platforms. This role holds end‑to‑end strategic responsibility for the tech product organization, driving innovation, operational excellence, and long‑term business value across the company.

• Help define and continuously evolve the long‑term strategy for KoRo’s ecommerce and retail product platforms focusing on a sustainable and scalable tech landscape, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Own the tech product organization’s structure, culture, and performance. Inspire and develop high‑performing teams, ensuring excellence in execution and decision‑making.
• Represent the digital product vision at the executive level, acting as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to C‑level leadership.
• Encourage a culture of business‑outcome ownership, continuous discovery, and fast learning cycles across all product initiatives.
• Establish and scale processes, balancing product discovery and delivery across a complex platform ecosystem.
• Build robust product governance: ensure roadmap alignment with business goals, customer outcomes, and technical feasibility.
• Drive alignment and engagement across departments, resolving strategic conflicts and enabling seamless decision‑making.
• Champion open communication and transparency in tech initiatives, fostering trust and accountability across the business.
• Lead initiatives that position KoRo at the forefront of customer‑centric digital commerce. Shape innovations in omnichannel customer experience, automation, personalisation, and operational efficiency.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce and retail trends, bringing your own network that helps shape KoRo’s product direction and competitive advantage.
• Mentor, coach, and develop senior and mid‑level product managers, building succession pipelines and leadership capacity.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership by representing KoRo in external forums and driving excellence in product management practice.

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within ecommerce, retail, or platform‑centric businesses.
• Proven success in leading multiple product teams with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, product discovery at scale.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills; trusted partner to tech and business.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; able to connect vision with action and deliver results in complex environments.
• Highly analytical with a bias for decision‑making grounded in data, business context, and user feedback.
• Inspirational leader and coach with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus.
