A global e-commerce SaaS platform is scaling fast across the DACH region and looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and integrations. The platform helps merchants automate operations across marketplaces, shipping providers, and online stores - empowering thousands of businesses to grow faster and smarter.

You’ll guide new clients from kick‑off to go‑live, ensuring seamless integrations with systems like Shopify, Amazon, ERP tools, and carriers
. Ideal for someone with experience in SaaS onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success within e-commerce or related software environments.

• Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects for merchants in DACH
• Run discovery sessions and configure integrations (ERPs, marketplaces, shipping APIs)
• Deliver onboarding training and ensure smooth customer go‑lives
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Build reusable onboarding templates and documentation

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical customer success
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows (orders, inventory, logistics)
• Project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent German and strong English
• Familiarity with APIs or platform configuration tools

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or CSM
• Background with shipping automation, ERP, or CRM tools
• Previous startup or high‑growth SaaS experience
