They are now recruiting for a Network Reliability Engineer to join their team in a hybrid role based in either Karlsruhe or Berlin. This opportunity offers long‑term growth, with clear pathways to develop technical expertise and progress within the business.

• Design, improve, automate, and troubleshoot large‑scale data centre networks across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain tools for network automation and provisioning.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions to enhance network performance and security.
• Collaborate closely with other Dev Ops teams (Kubernetes, Storage, Compute, etc.) to meet evolving infrastructure needs.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to support critical network operations.

• Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Salt, Terraform) and network device APIs.
• Familiarity with virtualised environments (e.g., VMWare, Open Stack, K8S) and relevant components (KVM, Open vSwitch, Linux bridges).
• Previous exposure to software engineering practices for infrastructure automation.
