• Design and implement exceptional user interfaces for our high-traffic Hyvä store (v1.3.5), focusing on conversion optimization and mobile-first experiences
• Transform UI/UX designs from Figma/Adobe XD into pixel-perfect, accessible frontend implementations using Hyvä Theme and Tailwind CSS
• Create responsive, intuitive frontend components across our 50+ custom Magento 2 modules
• Collaborate closely with Dev Team to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend functionality.
• Implement and optimize A/B tests in VWO for UI/UX improvements and conversion optimization
• Enhance our multi-language store experience across 9 languages with consistent, localized UI components

• Platform:
  Magento 2.4.x with Hyvä Theme 1.3.x, Tailwind CSS
• Design Tools:
  Figma/Adobe XD for design-to-code workflows
• Testing: VWO for A/B testing, Cypress for E2E testing
• Integrations:
  Custom ERP, Adyen payments, Cloudinary CDN, DeepL AI, Intercom, Google Analytics 4
• Deployment:
  Multi-store setup with 9 languages (13 countries), Amazon S3 media storage

• Long-term freelance contract, minimum 30 hours per week, fully remote
• Six-month roadmap already defined; 50-person company with quick decisions
• Direct collaboration with Senior Backend Developer on established codebase

• 3+ years Magento 2 frontend development with proven production experience
• Hyvä Theme experience (v1.3+ mandatory) - not just Luma/blank themes
• Expert-level Tailwind CSS knowledge with utility-first methodology
• Strong UI/UX design sensibility with ability to improve conversion through design
• Magento 2 template system mastery - PHTML, layout XML, UI components
• Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing platforms
• Git proficiency for version control collaborative workflows
• Weekday availability 08:00–13:00 CET; fluent English (German welcome)
