• Develop innovative, high-performance, and user-friendly mobile applications with Flutter to take our social shopping experience to the next level
• Design new features and architectures that make our fashion customer journey faster, more intuitive, and more conversion-driven
• Ensure code quality through clean code principles, documentation, code reviews, and automated testing
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to analyze user and partner needs, and deliver tailored solutions
• Contribute from day one to the product roadmap – from MVP launch to international scaling

• Highly experienced with relational databases, experienced with Flutter

  Dart
• Designing and modeling APIs, version control via Git, API aggregation at scale, unify product/catalog schemas, cost control (rate limiting)
• Committed to quality, scalability, and maintainable code
• Performance & cost awareness (index strategy, avoid N+1, right-sized RPCs, etc.)
• Familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Team player with a cross-functional mindset and strong UX awareness
• Excellent English skills (German is a plus, not required)
• Bonus:
  Platform experience (Compliance, Moderation, Onboarding, GDPR);
  Marketplace knowledge (AOV, GMV, returns, support, KYC Payouts)
• Bonus:
  Experience with Stripe, Edge Functions, Post Hog/Amplitude
